ACADEMICS
Jim Elliot Christian High School is proud to provide curricular offerings that challenge and develop the minds of our students. Students take college preparatory curriculum which meets the requirements of the University of California (UC) and California State University (CSU) systems.

All Elliot courses are taught by Christian instructors. We believe that the best education is one that maintains that highest academics standards and is taught by from a position of faith. Elliot students are college prepared or career ready upon graduation and are fruitful citizens in their local and global contexts - all For Christ and His Kingdom.

Elliot's curriculum is written to facilitate a Liberal Arts style high school experience. All Elliot students are expected to meet the basic UC/CSU A-G Articulation standards.

AP & Honors Courses
Elliot offers students the opportunity to excel in various subjects via Honors and Advanced Placement (AP) courses. All Honors and AP classes are UC/CSU approved to offer higher weighted GPA. Specifically, an extra point will be added to any approved course in which a student receives a “C” or better. For example, a “B” in an AP Calculus class will have a point value of 4 instead of 3
